He also recommends several shorts. First is Don't Die First (2021) directed by Daniel Foster is about a phone service for Black people to call to not die first in horror situations.

Second is Dirty Paws (2015) directed by Karina Farek about a couple, where one turns into a werewolf during the Full Moon. 

Third is ¡Beso de Lengua! (2024) directed by José Luis Zorrero about a gay couple on a first date that ends in blood in this surreal short.
